IMG shall compensate you in the amounts and under the terms and conditions set forth in the payment schedule associated with each Creative ("Payments"); however, Payments are not payable until IMG receives the associated payment from its applicable client(s). Not withstanding any other agreement or understanding to the contrary regarding the timing of Payments, IMG shall remit any Payments due and owing to you thirty (30) days following the end of the month in which corresponding funds are received by IMG from its client(s) (the "Pay Period").

However, should any monthly Payments or aggregate monthly Payments due equal less than $100.00, such remittance of Payments shall be rescheduled and that amount shall be carried over to the following Pay Period(s) until such time as the $100.00 minimum payment threshold is reached.
